Cloud deployment for scalability

As a completely hosted service, without the need for any on-site data collectors, HAN DIAMON relieves you of the burden of managing an in-house network intelligence platform. Leveraging on the latest software technologies in scalable cloud microservices, databases and real-time data pipelines, HAN DIAMON constantly learns and improves its AI models to provide maximum insights and optimization for your network.

It scales to support the largest deployments, expanding capacity transparently to meet your requirements. HAN DIAMON supports two architectures: cloud-managed deployment and on-premises/private cloud or data center deployments (coming soon).

HAN DIAMON can be seamlessly integrated with HAN CSP/ESP to provide comprehensive solution for enterprise network.

AI advanced analytics

HAN DIAMON leverages AI and advanced analytics to automate common troubleshooting activites, reduces support tickets and cost with 24x7 intelligent monitoring of networks and devices. These features are based on machine learning models that are consistently trained with network performance data of our varied and global customer base.

Data is ingested from numerous sources, including HAN Access Points, Switches, CSP/ESP and SAMP for end-to-end insight into user experiences. These devices and services work in concert with DIAMON to optimize user from client-to-cloud, including automated event correlation, root cause identification, proactive anomaly detection, and more.

Simple Root-Cause Analysis and Remediation

HAN DIAMON dynamically collects information from all endpoints and correlates it for quick wireless, wired and device problem identification. Predictive recommendations and automated event correlation let you quickly remediate problems or prevent them entirely.

AI-powered Eco AP for energy savings

Using AI-powered technology, HAN APs are able to transition into “sleep mode” in areas where the demand for connectivity stops – reducing electricity demands, saving money and adhering to a green environmental footprint.

HAN access points work seamlessly with HAN DIAMON to automatically power down when connectivity demand ceases, and power up when demand returns. HAN DIAMON uses predictive analytics and machine learning to identify usage patterns. After a brief learning period, DIAMON can predict when demand stops and when it starts.

For large organizations such as malls, conference centers or major educational institutions with tens of thousands of access points, the aggregate savings can be pretty significant.
