Features
Public Cloud Architecture

HAN CSP Wi-Fi solution features an innovative architecture, combining Han Networks’ “No Physical AC” technology with a Docker-based cloud platform for flexible management. In the public cloud, customers define deployment locations and AP numbers, and APs automatically register with HAN CSP via a secure channel upon activation. The process is simple, intuitive, and comparable to on-premises management.

Hierarchical Account System

The HAN CSP features a hierarchical account system with roles such as Owner, Manager, Viewer, and Guest Operator. Integrated with the network structure, it enables flexible account management tailored to operational needs.

Tiered Architecture

HAN CSP supports a three-tier network architecture—Corporation, Site, and Group—to streamline the management of large-scale APs and switches. This structure allows customers to define and align devices to their organization for clear and efficient management.

Intuitive Data Dashboard

The HAN CSP features an intuitive data dashboard, offering real-time insights into network performance, device workloads, user behavior, and security status. Time-based data visualization supports efficient analysis and decision-making.

Floor Planning

The Floor Planning Tool is essential for designing and deploying wireless networks in specific geographic areas. Using digital algorithms and predefined parameters, it accurately determines the coverage area, signal strength, and optimal placement of APs. The tool generates the best AP deployment map for real-world environments. With digital twin capabilities, it provides a strong foundation during the early stages of network deployment, ensuring efficient coverage and stable performance.

APs & Clients Management

HAN CSP enables centralized and remote management of wireless networks, meeting the need for real-time, intuitive, and comprehensive network data. It tracks and displays key metrics for APs and clients, including AP performance (CPU/RAM usage, software updates) and client activity (mobility and handover times), all accessible via an integrated dashboard. In large-scale deployments, AP software version management is critical. HAN CSP’s intelligent update service ensures firmware remains current and compatible, preventing mismatches and ensuring smooth network performance.Designed by Han Networks, the user-friendly interface provides precise control, allowing customers to manage their wireless networks effortlessly, anytime and anywhere.

Switch Management

HAN CSP provides comprehensive management for both wireless and wired network devices, giving customers full end-to-end control of their entire IT network. In addition to managing APs and client terminals, HAN CSP extends its capabilities to wired devices such as switches. This unified management approach simplifies network operations by offering a centralized platform for monitoring and control.Switch management is streamlined through an intuitive graphical user interface (GUI), allowing customers to easily monitor network performance, view detailed status reports, and perform configuration tasks with minimal effort. This integrated solution ensures seamless management across all network components, enhancing operational efficiency and reducing complexity.

ESG Management

The ESG (Edge Service Gateway) is an advanced edge computing unit from HAN Networks, capable of managing APs and switches within a defined scope. Its standout feature is centralized management and forwarding of AP user traffic.ESG integrates with HAN CSP for version control, reliability, and configuration management, enabling a seamless AP-ESG-CSP network architecture.

RF Optimization and Security

HAN CSP offers Dynamic RF Management (DRM) for automated, low-maintenance deployments. Advanced RF tools provide centralized monitoring, while AP RF scanning optimizes performance and detects interference. It also includes wireless IDS/IPS capabilities, classifying APs and clients by security level and addressing threats to ensure strong network security.

Log Management

HAN CSP enhances standard AP logging with a dedicated cloud management log and notification system. This system allows customers to customize the depth and scope of logs and notifications, offering precise filtering tools. It ensures users can fully monitor network status during routine maintenance and easily review historical issues and bug reports.

Customizable Reporting

HAN CSP offers customizable reports via email or online, allowing customers to monitor network status. Reports include daily, weekly, and monthly statistics, helping customers verify network scale and software versions for better management and issue resolution.

Remote Support

HAN CSP provides remote management features, allowing customers to quickly obtain technical support during issues and perform management tasks remotely (with customer authorization) during normal operations. These capabilities improve management efficiency, ensuring network stability and timely responses.
