1. Responsible for end-to-end testing of enterprise-grade AC, AP, switches, management platforms, and related products, including test planning, strategy development, and support for parallel delivery across multiple projects.

2. Lead the test team to properly define project test schedules, track execution progress, and ensure on-time project delivery.

3. Develop test solutions, design and execute test cases, build and maintain test environments, and produce/review test data and reports.

4. Continuously execute and optimize functional, performance, compatibility, security, stability, and solution testing, and own product delivery quality.

5. Accurately locate and analyze test issues, drive development teams to resolve defects, and support customer issue reproduction, patch testing, and POC testing.

6. Enhance team technical capabilities, organize technical sharing, lessons learned, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and test case optimization.

7. Apply LLMs and AI across various testing activities to improve regression efficiency.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in network product testing, with at least 1 year in team management or technical lead roles.

2. Proficient in TCP/IP protocol stack and 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax/be (Wi-Fi 6/7) protocols. Deep understanding of test methodologies for AC, AP, routers, switches, and mobile apps.

3. Familiar with software testing processes and test design techniques, with the ability to write test plans and test cases.

4. Skilled in Python/Shell. Experience with automation frameworks or practical use of LLMs is a plus. Familiar with Jira, Ones, TestLink, JMeter, or similar tools.

5. Strong defect localization and logical analysis skills, able to independently drive issue resolution to closure.

6. Good team collaboration and communication skills, capable of coordinating internal resources and cross-department cooperation.

7. CET-4 or above, able to read English technical documentation and proficient in spoken English.

8. PMP or China Computer Technology Professional Qualification (Soft Exam) certificate is a plus，on-site testing or on-site support experience is a plus.
