Job Responsibilities

1.Based on the company's strategic objectives, responsible for market development and relationship maintenance within relevant industries for the company's products and solutions.

2.Develop timely action plans according to industry sales targets and market needs, and ensure the completion of sales tasks and market expansion goals assigned by the company, taking accountability for sales targets.

3.Tailor solutions to industry clients' business scenarios, leveraging the company's development direction and capabilities to establish benchmark key accounts and maintain long-term relationships with them.

4.Identify, establish, and maintain channel partnerships within the assigned industry to ensure strong collaboration with channel partners.

5.Gather information on peers in the industry, track changes in their technology, market presence, and other relevant aspects; stay informed about industry trends, market and product marketing dynamics, and competitor activities, and organize, analyze, and document such information.

Job Requirements

1.Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Communications, Marketing, or related fields from an accredited institution.

2.3–5 years of sales experience in related products such as routing, switching, wireless, WLAN, etc.

3.Prior sales experience and existing client resources in industries such as telecommunications, electric power, healthcare, education, transportation, government, or industrial internet are preferred.

4.Experience independently managing industry project sales is preferred.

5.Strong resilience under pressure, goal-oriented mindset, optimistic and proactive attitude, aligning with the company's value of goal-driven performance.

6.Strong organizational and coordination skills, a quick learning ability, excellent communication and presentation skills, and certain analytical, judgment, and management capabilities, with a solid understanding of sales operations.

7.Existing industry client and partner resources are preferred.

8.Willingness to work hard and travel frequently as required.
