1. Be responsible for version testing of enterprise-grade WLAN products (AP, AC, and supporting management systems), covering basic functionality, performance, compatibility, stability, and solution-level testing.

2. Participate in product requirement analysis and be responsible for drafting preliminary test plans and outlining test cases.

3. Design and write test cases, execute test cases/tasks, set up and maintain test environments, and compile test reports and other technical documentation.

4. Conduct detailed analysis and accurate troubleshooting of identified defects, and collaborate with developers to discuss defect resolution solutions.

5. Summarize and statistically analyze test results, compile test reports, track testing progress, and provide timely feedback.

1. Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields, with 3+ years of relevant testing experience.

2. Familiar with software testing processes, methodologies, and theories.

3. Basic knowledge of computer networks, TCP/IP protocols, and 11b/a/g/n/ac/ax/be protocols; understanding of switch/router products is preferred.

4. Proficiency in Linux OS; experience with automation testing (Python) is a plus.

5. Prior experience with testing tools (e.g., UFT, LoadRunner, Testlink, Jira) is preferred.

6. Experience in wireless product testing (AP, AC, WLAN/Wi-Fi) is highly preferred.

7. Strong learning ability, excellent communication skills, and ability to work under pressure.

8. CET-4 or above, with good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
