Job Responsibilities

1. Customer Service: 

Be responsible for promptly responding to clients' inquiries through multiple ways such as phone calls, emails, and online conversations, and tracking and resolving the problems encountered by clients.

2. Technical support:

Pre-sale stage: Participate in customer requirements analysis. Be able to complete the technical solutions and lists independently. Support technical responses to bids.

Implementation stage: Output the device's debugging guidelines. Provide remote instruction for on-site engineers to complete the initial configuration work before the devices are first put into actual use.

After-sales stage: Respond promptly and resolve device issues encountered by clients during use to ensure the stable operation of the devices.

3. Knowledge system construction and maintenance: 

Regularly update the content of the knowledge system based on common problems and solutions to ensure its accuracy and timeliness and provide clients with more efficient and professional services.

4. Technical support document writing: 

Be responsible for writing various technical support documents, including but not limited to user guides, troubleshooting manuals, etc., and ensuring their accuracy and readability. According to product updates and technological developments, revise and complete the documents regularly to meet the needs of clients and the technical support team.

Job Requirements

1. Education and Major:  
Fresh graduates with a full-time bachelor's degree or above, major in computer science, communication engineering, or other related fields.

2. Required Skills: 

Understand the basic principles of network communication, network equipment configuration, operating systems, common application software, and other related knowledge.

English Level: CET-4 or above, with proficient English reading and writing skills.

3. Comprehensive Quality:

Communication skills: Have good communication skills and client service awareness. Be able to answer clients' questions clearly and accurately.

Self-study ability: Have strong logical thinking ability and learning ability. Be able to analyze and solve problems independently.

Teamwork ability: Have a good spirit of teamwork. Be able to closely cooperate with team members to jointly complete work tasks.
